A bridge is a promise that identity can move without multiplying. The Lampworks bridge work follows that discipline: what crosses must be accounted for, peers must recognize one another, and the interface must quote the real cost before the holder commits.
The same discipline shaped the collection work. We verified contract interfaces instead of guessing, followed ownership through the actual ERC-1155 and bridge paths, and treated ambiguity as a reason to stop—not a reason to invent an answer.
In the lore, the bridge is midnight machinery between two lamps. In production, it is tests, peer configuration, approvals, minimum-receive protection, and receipts. Both versions matter.
