The build was never one heroic transaction. The 122 URI-heavy Genesis tokens could not be minted safely in a single call, so the work became five deliberate batches: 25, 25, 25, 25, and 22. The limitation became the operating plan.
Artwork and metadata moved through directory-shaped IPFS packages because the first upload shape was wrong. The ticker was corrected to REMOTH only. Base Sepolia rehearsals came before mainnet. Source code was verified on BaseScan. When wallet art lagged, we checked tokenURI and gateway responses before touching healthy metadata.
This is what building in public means here: not broadcasting perfection, but leaving a useful trail from failure to fix so the next moth does not step into the same hole.
